Minimal to no visible wear under normal inspection.
Guide
Card condition, automatic pricing, reservations, payment, and delivery rules in one place.
Condition guide
Standard card scans identify the printing. The listed condition describes the actual copy being sold.
Minor edge, corner, or surface wear without major damage.
Noticeable wear but still fully playable in a sleeve.
Heavy wear, whitening, scratches, or bends that do not obscure identity.
Creases, water damage, ink, tears, or defects requiring actual-card photos.
How prices are calculated
The store uses an external exact-printing reference, then applies Mana Source pricing rules in Philippine pesos.
| Classification | Default rule | How identified |
|---|---|---|
| Regular card | Exact USD reference ×50 | Default classification |
| Commander staple | Exact USD reference ×60 | Game Changer or configurable EDHREC rank threshold |
| Standard staple | Configurable premium | Admin classification until a reliable play-rate source is integrated |
| Manual / collectible | Admin-defined price | Price lock for special or high-value cards |
The final system also applies condition adjustments, minimum prices, rounding, manual locks, and price-change safety checks. A large movement can remain pending for admin review instead of publishing automatically.
Reservations and payment
Adding a card to the cart does not reserve it. The website performs a final stock and price check when the customer places the order.
| Complete catalog | All exact paper printings remain searchable. A disabled Add to Cart button means that exact printing is not currently in the ManaBox availability list. |
| Cart | Not reserved; another customer may also have the card in their cart. |
| Successful checkout | Cards are reserved for 30 minutes. |
| Payment proof submitted | Reservation remains active while Mana Source verifies the payment. |
| No proof before deadline | Order expires and stock returns to the shop. |
| Payment confirmed | Inventory deduction becomes final and the picking list is generated. |

BGC Meetup
Meetups are limited to BGC on weekdays.
- Customer requests a weekday and time window.
- A public BGC meetup point is selected.
- The request is not final until Mana Source confirms it.
- Payment and scheduling stay inside the order page.
Preorder guide
Every preorder should clearly distinguish guaranteed stock from distributor-dependent allocation.
| Full-payment preorder | The complete preorder price is paid when the order is secured. |
| Deposit preorder | The deposit is paid first; the remaining balance is posted in the customer profile. |
| Allocation-dependent | Quantity is not guaranteed until distributor allocation is confirmed. |
| Combined shipment | In-stock and preorder items may require separate shipping unless the customer agrees to wait. |
